Four new Devices have been added.  You must stop the plugin (or HS), delete all of the tenHsPower Devices, install Version 3.1, and then restart the plugin (or HS) to recreate all tenHsPower Devices.  The new Devices are:

Last Power Failure                         Date/Time when UPS last went offline
Last Power Restore                        Date/Time when UPS last went online
Battery Lifetime Minutes              Same as Battery Lifetime, but in Minutes
Battery Full Lifetime Minutes       Same as Battery Full Lifetime, but in Minutes

The refresh interval has been changed from 2 seconds to 5 seconds.  The refresh code has been streamlined.  HS Devices only updated if the Power value changes.
